Orientation of Eduskills

Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship conducted an online session for the students of MBA/MBA-IT/MBA-HRD titled “Internship Opportunities offered by AICTE” on 21st July, 2022. The speaker for the session was Ms.Usha Rani Sutar, Asst. Manager – Operations Eduskills.

As per the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and SPPU’s Revised Curriculum, SPPU has formulated Internship Policy that mandates Internships for students pursuing professional education.

Keeping this in mind, the Institute had organized an online session so as to make our Gen Z students prepared so as to integrate classroom knowledge and theory with practical application and skills developed in professional or community settings. 

The speaker lucidly explained about the various internship opportunities offered by AICTE in collaboration with EduSkills. She explained in detail the entire registration process along with the domains in which internship will be offered. After the session, the student asked the questions and clarified their doubts.

The wonderful session of knowledge sharing and gaining virtually ended with vote of thanks.
